How to place an order

Step 1:

To place an order, you may fill up the order form.

Name:

Item(s): (colours,code,quantity,which album)

Step 2:

-After the order has been processed, we will issue you the total amount ( including postage fees ) through email.

- Kindly deposit the total amount to my banking account. Please remember to send me the date and timing to ensure your interest!

Note: Banking Details will send it to you together with the confirmation order.

- I will try my best to process your order within the shortest duration, and get back to you again.

Terms and Conditions

* All photos shown are as reference therefore the original color might be slightly different from the picture due to the setting of monitor.

*Serious Buyer only,please do not back out or missing in action after confirmation as its very unfair for us.

*non-serious buyer will be blacklisted.

* Any damages caused or loss during delivery are held beyond our responsibilities, products are not refundable or exchangeable.

* No Payment = No order. Payment must be made within 3 days after the confirmation, otherwise order will considered failed.

* Cancellation will not be entertained after payment received.No refund for cancellation.

*Sometimes the items that you have ordered will be OUT OF STOCK from the supplier. You can choose to refund to your bank account/ keep your balance for your next order.

*Only order if you are willing to wait .

*PRE-ORDER : Delivery approximately 10-14days after pre-order batch end.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment did not receive.

2. We are launching first come first serve service. Whoever pays first will get the clothes first.

3. If items is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.

4. Once received and checked, we will send out the cloths within 1-3days to all customers.

5. Our factory located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. We are placing the order directly from factory, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of items one by one and we will not hold responsible for it.

7. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color and etc.

8. We only accept return if the cloths have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths send out wrongly by us.

A gentle reminder for Pre-Order purchase:

a. It would be better to avoid ordering white color cloths as the risk of dirty might be higher.

b. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

c. Buyer should allow within 1-2inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

d. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

e. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.
